As a Contractor for Spheres of Influence, a youth-led, non-profit digital publication, I collaborated closely with the Co-Founder to align creative direction with organizational goals. I contributed to brand guideline development and designed visual assets across email campaigns, events, social media, and fundraising initiatives. I also led a WordPress website revamp, improving user experience, accessibility, and visual cohesion. https://spheresofinfluence.ca
In addition, I created an original illustration for an article that examines the possibility of Japanese companies adopting a four-day work week in response to its demanding work culture. The image contrasts burnout and pressure with ideas of innovation and efficiency – symbolized through colour and symbol stacking. The purpose was to communicate the tension between productivity and the need for structural reform in the country, without relying on words.
My process work is included below, highlighting the evolution from initial drawings to final digital execution. The full article is found at: https://spheresofinfluence.ca/japan-four-day-work-week-firms-labor/
